Dobble is a quick observation game, in which players compete to be the first to discover the identical symbol between one card and another. The set contains 55 round playing cards, and each card has eight animals drawn that vary from one card to another. Any two cards have a common animal. Each card is unique and has only one animal in common with any other card in the pack. The common animal can be hard to spot because the size and placement of the symbols can vary on each card.
