The animal clinic is located along the river. Animals are cared for and raised here. To access the clinic, you can either use the stairs or, on the river side, a footbridge. The clinic is well equipped with a treatment room with table, mobile operating lamp, scale, heat lamp and illuminated monitor for viewing X-rays. A staircase leads to the top floor of the clinic. Food is stored there and equipment for insect research is available. After a successful treatment, the animals can use the two outer enclosures for recreation.
Currently, a family of tapirs and a family of ocelots are sheltered there. As soon as the animals are healthy again, they will be released into the wild. This playset rich in details transports children to the fascinating world of the Amazon.
