Swaddling your child is done in 3 simple steps:

1. Open the wrap and align the shoulders with the upper part of the wrap. Place your feet in the foot compartment;
2. Open the Velcro leg compartment. Wrap the left side of the bed over the baby's body and tape it in the leg compartment, then wrap it further under the baby's right arm;
3. Wrap the appropriate wrap over the child and secure it with Velcro.
