How to activate an Xbox Live activation code

The purchased product will be downloaded and installed based on the activation code(s) that you will receive by email after placing your order in our store. The download is made from the game manufacturers' platforms or those authorized by them.

Prepaid activation codes are 25 characters long and include both letters and numbers in a 5x5 format — 5 groups of 5 characters each.

Activation can be done both via the console and the computer.

To activate the code you must already have an Xbox Live account. If you don't have one you will need to create one.

How to activate the code in the browser

You can activate all types of prepaid codes, including Microsoft gift cards and Xbox Live Gold subscription cards, via your browser and they can be used immediately. This is done as follows:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. In your browser, go to Redeem code
  3. Select Sign In .
  4. Enter the 25-character prepaid code
  5. Select Redeem .

How to activate a prepaid code in the Xbox app on Windows 10

You can activate all types of prepaid codes, including Microsoft gift cards and Xbox Live Gold membership cards, in the Xbox app on Windows 10 and use them immediately. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you are logged in to the Microsoft account for which you want to activate the code.
  2. From the Home screen, go to the right of the screen and select the icon Microsoft Store .
  3. In the middle of the screen Microsoft Store , select Redeem a code .
  4. Enter the 25-character code and select I confirm .

How to activate the prepaid code on your Xbox One, X|S console

You can activate all types of prepaid codes, including Microsoft gift cards and Xbox Live Gold membership cards, on your Xbox One console and use them immediately. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide and select Home .
  2. Make sure you are logged in to the Microsoft account for which you want to activate the code.
  3. From the screen Home , go to the right of the screen and select the icon Microsoft Store .
  4. Select Use a code .
  5. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the 25-character code on the screen. Redeem your code or gift card and then select Next to complete the activation. The dashes between the groups of numbers do not need to be entered, the system will do it automatically .

Once the code is activated, you will receive a confirmation message.

How to activate a prepaid code on your Xbox 360 console

  1. Sign in to the Microsoft account for which you want to use the prepaid code.
  2. Press the button Guides on the controller .
  3. Select Games & Apps and then select Redeem Code .
  4. Enter the 25-character code and select Done .
  5. When the system prompts you, select Yes to confirm activation.

How to activate the prepaid code with your iOS or Android mobile phone

  1. Launch the Xbox app.
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
  3. PRESS Menu in the upper left of the screen.
  4. From the drop-down menu, select Microsoft Store .
  5. Select Redeem a code .
  6. Enter the 25-character code on the screen Redeem your code or gift card and then select Next to complete the activation. The dashes between the groups of numbers do not need to be entered, the system will do it automatically .

Activation: the CD key is activated using the Xbox Live platform and instructions are sent via email.
