The purchased product will be downloaded and installed based on the activation code(s) that you will receive by email after placing your order in our store. The download is made from the game manufacturers' platforms or those authorized by them.

Activating a code in the Microsoft Store

The easiest way to redeem a gift card or code is to go to microsoft.com/redeem . If you or your family has multiple Microsoft accounts, make sure you're signed in to the one you want to apply the gift card or code to. Then enter the 25-character code, select Next, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Redeem a gift card or code on Windows 10 devices

  • Open Microsoft Store .
  • Select the See more menu (next to the Search box).
  • Select Redeem a code . If you're not already signed in, sign in to the Microsoft account you want to redeem the code for.
  • Enter your code and select Redeem .
  • If the card or code has money associated with it, we'll apply the full balance to your Microsoft account. You can use it to buy things from the Microsoft Store online, on Windows 10, and on Xbox One.
  • If the card or code is for a specific app or game, we'll add it to your personal library, where you can download and install it. Go to My Library in the Microsoft Store. When some apps or games are redeemed, they'll take you to the product page, where you can also download and install them.

Activation: the CD key is activated using the Microsoft Store platform and instructions are sent via email.

The product name also specifies the area in which the code can be activated and your Microsoft Store account must be declared in that area:

Digital download: the game can be downloaded from your Microsoft account.

Payment method: online by card, bank transfer or upon delivery.

Compliance: the code is valid/unused, having been extracted from the card/label in the original packaging or purchased as such.
