The purchased product will be downloaded and installed based on the activation code(s) that you will receive by email after placing your order in our store. The download is made from the game manufacturers' platforms or those authorized by them.

How to activate a code on the Nintendo Switch eShop

Important:

  • You can redeem codes for your active Nintendo Switch console using your Nintendo Account. If you see a message saying that another console is set as active, you will first need to deactivate the other console OR use another console to redeem the code .

Follow these steps:

  1. Select “Nintendo eShop” on the HOME menu to launch Nintendo eShop.
  2. Select the account you want to use.
  3. Select “Enter Code” on the left side of the screen.
  4. Enter the 16-character code.
    • Some Nintendo Switch card sellers will include both a Control Number and a Download Code. Make sure to enter the Download Code (normally starts with B, without dashes in the code) and not like the Control Number (normally starts with S, and has dashes).
    • Any letters and symbols not used in prepaid codes (e.g. O, I, Z, chevron, apostrophe, etc.) will be disabled in the on-screen keyboard.
  5. Select “OK” to confirm. The game will start downloading as soon as the code is downloaded.
    • The game icon will appear in the HOME menu along with a bar indicating the download status. The bar will disappear as soon as the game download is complete.

CAREFUL!

Activation: the CD key is activated using the Switch platform and instructions are sent via email.

The product name also specifies the area in which the code can be activated and your Switch account must be declared in that area:

  • Worldwide - anywhere in the world
  • ROW - activation anywhere in the world with a few exceptions. Ask via chat or phone to confirm that it can be activated in your country.
  • EU - European Union
  • EMEA - Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • US or NA - United States
  • ASIA - Asia
  • PL - Poland
  • RU - Russia
  • etc.

Payment method: online by card, bank transfer or upon delivery.

Compliance: the code is valid/unused, having been extracted from the card/label in the original packaging or purchased as such.

Return policy: Original CD Key - delivered in 100% legal conditions and cannot be replaced/returned after use/sent via email.

About the content: the product does not include a manual, CD/DVD, box, card or any other physical element.
